Alyssa Nobriga is an international speaker, transformational coach, and founder of The Institute for Coaching Mastery (ICM), where hundreds of students are certified in her proprietary methodology each year.
She creates a significant amount of transformational content — live call coaching call scripts, mini-trainings, workbooks, coaching tools, solocasts, newsletters — and this role brings her voice, vision, and teachings to life on the page.
This is for someone who has built content inside coaching programs before, not just blogs or websites. You'll take Alyssa's raw ideas, voice notes, and spoken teachings and turn them into finished curriculum she can pick up and deliver without a single question.

🌀 What You'll Own
Curriculum + live call production
Prep and revise scripts and outlines for live program calls across ICM, Prep School, and launches.
Revise program modules: close out comments, integrate new ideas and teachings, submit to Alyssa's review queue, and see finalized edits all the way through to implementation.
Build out small-group cohort and masterclass agendas for our mentor coaches to facilitate
Refresh evergreen scripts so dates, details, and references are current
Written asset production
Turn Alyssa's raw ideas, voice notes, and rough drafts into polished materials following our SOP’s:
Solocasts
Newsletters
Social Media posts
Slide deck content for webinars, masterclasses, and program modules
Program Materials
Video script production — plus step-by-step Looms so Alyssa can record on her own without a producer in the room
Workbooks, Action guides
Community engagement prompts
Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across everything written
Ownership + coordination
Own our coaching demo library end to end: organizing, timestamping, and deciding which demos serve which program
Manage your own tasks and due dates in ClickUp
Capture decisions from working sessions and document them, so nothing gets missed or duplicated.
Give edit direction to our video editor and hand off assets to design and social
Collaboration
Co-create with Alyssa directly on Zoom — live, screen-share, line-by-line
Work closely with our learning and development lead, who you'll report to and align with weekly
Partner with our marketing and programs teams to shape transformational experiences for students

Everything is delivered a week early, without a reminder.
Decisions from our working sessions get documented in CU and SOP’s are revised the same day.
🔄 How We Work
Availability between 9am-5pm PST
Mondays: a weekly synch with Alyssa and our learning and development lead
Live co-working with Alyssa as needed — the goal is to keep those sessions short by pre-building
Tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Docs, Loom, Riverside, Descript, and our in-house curriculum AI
Time tracking in Toggle by project, so we can see where the hours land and keep improving
🤖 A Note on AI
We use AI strategically at ANI, and this role requires someone who does too.
We are looking for someone who doesn’t just “use ChatGPT" but someone who can use AI as a partner and knows how to leverage it to produce content efficiently at the same standard as if Alyssa produced it herself.
Part of this role is using and training our AI as you go, so the whole content creation process gets faster over time.

Time zone: Available for synchronous work in the 9–5 Pacific Time window

Reports to: Learning & Development lead, working directly with Alyssa
