Mission:
Your mission should you choose to accept, is to serve as the strategic partner to our clients, developing next-level retention strategies and ensuring flawless campaign execution. You’ll blend customer insight with operational rigor, all while shaping Propel’s journey toward becoming the go-to AI platform for lifecycle marketing.
Key responsibilities:
Client Service and Campaign Excellence:
Act as the primary liaison for your clients, guiding them on optimal retention tactics and ensuring their objectives are met or exceeded
Develop high-impact campaigns that align with client KPIs, pushing boundaries in engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth
Manage project milestones, proactively spotting risks or bottlenecks, and ensuring every deliverable upholds Propel’s standards
Retention Strategy & Data-Driven Performance:
Design advanced retention campaigns for early-stage B2C companies, pushing the boundaries of engagement and loyalty
Map out customer journeys for early-stage B2C companies, continuously optimizing user experiences to boost lifetime value and loyalty
Maintain a high NPS by combining customer data with performance analytics, ensuring each strategy is backed by evidence and drives quantifiable results
Team Leadership & Product Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of associates, conducting regular performance reviews, fostering continuous learning, and championing a culture of innovation and integrity
Serve as the key point of contact for the product team, providing actionable insights into what features or enhancements should be built next

Requirements and Competencies::
4+ years of experience in client servicing, retention strategy, and project management, ideally within a high-growth, tech-driven environment
Strong expertise in mapping customer journeys and designing data-driven retention campaigns that produce measurable business results
Solid strategic planning skills, coupled with the ability to execute projects from concept to completion under tight timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to guide multi-stakeholder relationships with clarity and purpose
Proven problem-solving mindset—anticipating issues, clearing roadblocks, and addressing challenges with creativity and precision
