Job Description:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Web Developer to support website projects for a variety of clients. This role involves coding, maintaining, and optimizing websites while collaborating closely with designers and project managers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Assist in website testing, debugging, and optimization
Collaborate with designers to bring mockups to life
Support content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
Implement SEO best practices during site development
Troubleshoot website issues and implement fixes
Stay current with emerging web technologies and trends
Participate in project planning meetings
Assist in website updates and maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and responsive design
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Portfolio of completed web projects or coursework samples encouraged
