You are experienced in being accountable for profit margin optimization, cost reduction, team retention, product launch success and efficiency metrics throughout an organization.

Translate vision deftly - be the CEO’s right hand and be crystal clear at all times what the vision for the company & current priorities are and translate this for the team in ways that will resonate with them and their core focus.
Be the lead executor working with the team to bring the vision to life so the CEO can remain in the “Vision” seat, acting as buffer with the team and keeping her out of the day-to-day tasks and details.
Bring clarity to the performance of the organization through key metrics and executive-level reporting.
Lead execution of company growth/expansion initiatives, collaborating with leaders and partners (e.g., new products, partnerships)
Lead Quarterly and Annual strategic planning and goal setting process for the company, partnering with the CEO and other leaders where appropriate.
Ensure organizational alignment by leading the ultimate vision and strategy for communication rhythms & rituals, meetings & status, creating a high-performing ecosystem
Ensure there is a strategic meeting structure (such as EOS) that governs the efficiency and output of all company meetings
Create and maintain company-wide scorecards and KPIs so the most important success metrics are measured and prioritized
Direct the departments and teams on their priorities, ensuring efficiency, leading when there are pivots required and keeping everyone pointed to the most needle-moving activities. “Unstick” people when needed.
Train the team to take ownership for their role accountabilities, use data to back their decisions and measure their success on results vs. time spent
Implement and refine processes to improve overall productivity and effectiveness.
Be the “Head of Culture” ensuring the workplace culture is supportive, inclusive and best in class.
Manage, lead and mentor the leadership team (head of departments) ensuring they achieve their own KPIs while training leaders on building a high performance culture within their teams.
Manage bonus distribution with CEO and leadership team.
Lead Quarterly Planning to set priorities & KPIs for each leader in their departments
Facilitate communication and collaboration among leaders to drive organizational success.
Own the strategy and delivery of how leadership communicates to the organization, from meetings to performance evaluations.
Mentor the leadership team to be the best possible versions of themselves in their roles, ensuring high performance & high engagement
Facilitate leadership training and development opportunities, including the potential for deep-dive leadership retreats
Own the strategy for the org chart and hiring roadmap - provide strategy for what roles are the right ones to have in the organization as it grows, changes and scales.
Own talent management & recruitment for the organization - Ensure we are always bringing on A Players and have a high-performing team whether that is a VA or a leadership role.
Own and protect profitability - manage the organization in such a way that it leads to the best margins possible without sacrificing culture & morale.
Own cost efficiency and cash flow management.
Own the Operating Budget, provide quarterly and monthly forecasting insights and maintain a monthly financial planning cadence.
A very experienced leader (10+ years in leadership).
Experienced in online education business, personal development, spiritual or coaching businesses. This is a non-negotiable.
Experienced directly with scaling a company from 7 to 8 figures including involvement both with the operational and marketing aspects
A resourceful, self-starter who can run with high-level vision, translating that into the details the team needs to succeed.
A strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Cross-functional + collaborative, with superb abilities to coordinate and work together in achieving organizational goals.
Available around Pacific hours, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
