About the Role
We are hiring driven, coachable cold callers to join our outbound sales team. Your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to qualified prospects, follow a proven script, and generate interest or appointments for our sales team. If you're confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by performance-based pay, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, follow scripts, and handle objections
Qualify leads, book appointments or transfer live calls, and keep CRM notes updated
Hit weekly KPIs and attend trainings or team meetings as needed
Requirements
Strong spoken English, reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace
Cold calling, sales, or call center experience is a plus
Comfortable with high call volume, rejection, and working U.S. business hours when needed
