What are the stages in the recruitment process?

Our selection process consists of (3) three stages designed to assess candidates thoroughly.

1. Initial Interview via phone call

2. Recorded Video Final Interview

3. Virtual Interview with the Team Leader (optional - only if there are additional questions depending on the situation)

How long does the recruitment process take?

The whole process will take roughly a maximum of (1) one week. The Arete Care recruitment team will reach out to you after we have reviewed your final interview video.

If I am offered a position, when do I need to start?

If you are offered a position, your start date will be determined based on a mutually agreed timeline between both parties.
