Short-Term Focus:
Your primary task will be to link your LinkedIn account to our system and participate in our referral program. This program is designed to help us scale outreach efforts. Our system will handle all client engagement on your behalf, ensuring all outreach is authentic, professional, and that your account remains secure.

Long-Term Opportunities:
As you gain experience within the team, additional ad-hoc tasks may become available. These include data entry, virtual assistance, and photo editing, which provide extra flexibility and additional compensation should you choose to take them on.

Next Steps — Onboarding Process

To get started smoothly, please complete the following steps through out this questionare:

1. Verify Your LinkedIn Account

   • Navigate to Settings > Sign-in & Security > ID Verification

   • Use your passport for verification

   • For guidance, please watch this short video tutorial

2. Submit Photos for Profile Optimization

   • Please send 8-10 photos of yourself

   • We will use AI technology to generate a professional LinkedIn profile picture for you

3. Create an Upwork Account

   • This is where your payments will be processed

   • Register at www.upwork.com

4. Book a Call for LinkedIn Setup (Only after completing all previous steps)

   • Once all steps above are completed, please schedule your onboarding call here

   • During this call, we will finalize your LinkedIn integration and complete your onboarding

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: $10 per month, increasing to $20 after 12 months of active participation

• Referral Bonus: Earn $5 per month for each successful referral

• Flexible Work: Our system runs mostly in the background, requiring minimal manual effort on your part
