We are seeking a Marketing Leader who has a proven track record in scaling either creator businesses, online coaching certification schools or personal development course businesses led by large personal brands from 7-figures to 8-figures in revenue.
This role is tailored for a dynamic, marketing growth expert who excels in both organic and paid marketing strategies. You will lead and optimize growth in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Our ideal candidate has successfully grown and scaled an online education business, leveraging comprehensive digital marketing expertise, including website optimization, funnel development, email marketing, social media strategy, podcast growth, and brand collaborations.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on scaling our online coaching school with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning.
Leverage a mix of paid media and organic marketing strategies to achieve growth and expansion goals, keeping profitability in mind.
Department Leadership
Lead and manage a team of marketing and sales specialists including designers, editors, copywriters, producers, marketing PMs, specialist agencies and sales closers.
Foster a climate of ownership and excellence amongst the department; mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Providing performance feedback of the Marketing and Sales Team both formally during performance review time as well as informally to mentor and develop the team.
Ensure team is demonstrating a high level of integrity and QC in their work.
Own, track and share KPIs and performance metrics of Marketing and Sales Team to executive leadership.
Assist with recruitment for new team members and contractors when needed.
Establish and maintain partnerships with marketing service agencies for execution support outside the internal team.
Launch Management & Funnel Optimization
Work with the team to design and continually optimize high-converting sales funnels to maximize lead generation, nurture, and conversion across all digital platforms.
Oversee the success of major launches and re-enrollment initiatives, growing each launch to be more successful than the last in terms of enrollment and revenue.
Be accountable for end-to-end campaign success for each launch.
Mentor the team during peak launch time, working with launch managers to ensure performance and follow-through stays high and no balls are dropped.
Paid Media
Set goals and expectations for teams and agencies accountable for paid ads, holding them to clear performance standards
Ensure ad performance is in line with ad spend and make decisions accordingly.

Organic Marketing
Lead the growth of the company website traffic and SEO initiatives, ensuring we are driving leads and sales from the web properties.
Lead the strategy for social media, ensuring we are growing the accounts, nurturing the audience, driving leads strategically and building the email list through engagement.
Email Marketing
Own the newsletter subscriber list, ensuring we are growing the list and maximizing key metrics such as engagement and conversion.
Own sales email campaign strategy and copywriting oversight, ensuring high conversion rates.
Podcast Management & Growth
Work with our podcast team to strategically expand our podcast audience, leveraging content that aligns with brand messaging and attracts high-quality leads.
Strategize and present ways to monetize the podcast as a future revenue opportunity.
Brand Collaborations
Work with our partnership manager to identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships that enhance our market reach and brand credibility.
Maintain Clear Data & Insights
Maintain the Department KPIs and Metrics Dashboard for regular reporting to the CEO and executive team.
Regularly report on marketing performance with analysis-based actionable insights to ensure consistent growth.
