360 Marketing Strategy: Organic and Paid
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on scaling our online coaching school with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning.
Marketing Growth
Lead and optimize growth in all aspects of company marketing, including funnels, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, podcast and affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Funnel Optimization
Work with our marketing team (copywriter, designer, media buyer, podcast manager, social media manager, tech assistants) to design and continually optimize high-converting sales funnels to maximize lead generation, nurture, and conversion across all digital platforms.
Website & Newsletter Management
Lead the growth of the company website traffic and newsletter subscriber list, ensuring they are key drivers of engagement, and sales.
Podcast Growth
Work with our podcast team to strategically expand our podcast audience, leveraging content that aligns with brand messaging and attracts high-quality leads.
Affiliates, Partnerships and Brand Collaborations
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with affiliates, brands, student ambassadors that enhance our market reach and brand credibility.
Data-Driven Decisions
Regularly analyze and report on marketing performance with analysis-based actionable insights to ensure consistent growth.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team of 8 + 3 sales reps, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence..
Demonstrated success in growing an online coaching business. You’ve done this before and have the results to prove it.
