Bookkeeper
Thank you for choosing to do an immediate interview for the Bookkeeper role at KDG! We have set up a series of questions for you to answer. For your convenience, please take note of the following:
You should respond to all questions in English.
Keep your responses brief. Video and audio answers should take no longer than three minutes each.
Treat this interview with the seriousness of an in-person interview. It can take up to 45 mins to complete.
You have unlimited retakes available for video and audio questions. But remember that your production quality (camera, microphone, setting, environment etc.) has zero effect on our decision to hire you. We only want to see how you will respond to these questions, so keep it simple and do not stress over how you or your surroundings may look.
If you have any issues with uploading your videos, try using your mobile data connection. If the issues persist, contact Hirevire support via chat (see the red button located at the bottom right-hand side of the screen).
By taking this step, we guarantee that your entire application will be hand-reviewed.
Good luck - we look forward to your application and to meeting you!
FAQ
Are you really going to look at this after I put a ton of time and effort into it?
At KDG, we have a value of honoring and respecting everyone that we work with, employees, clients, and potential employees included. We are not here to waste your time. If you respect us with your time by going through this interview process, we will respect you with serious consideration that we wouldn't give to applicants that just submitted a resume.
What if I have a differing ability that doesn't allow me to effectively interview remotely?
We recognize that this is not a process that will work for everyone. If you have a differing ability that makes remote interviewing a challenge, please make sure to apply through the standard channels. We have made a commitment NOT use AI as part of our hiring process. Therefore, your application will be given the seriousness it deserves. Potential employees are people, not data to crunch.
What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you are selected to proceed with the recruitment process, you will have an interview with the Hiring Leader. Upon successful completion, you may be asked to participate in more advanced rounds of screening or interviews.
How long does the recruitment process take?
On average, the entire recruitment process should take no more than 2 weeks to complete. We aim to evaluate all candidate responses within a week and give you feedback in the following week. From there, you should receive a job offer within 2 weeks from your last interview.
