This visionary role involves direct collaboration with Alyssa, as well as our content manager and video editor, to produce, strategize, market, monetize, and expand the reach of the "Healing + Human Potential" podcast.
Key Responsibilities:
🎧 Production Coordination
- Oversee the podcast production process in collaboration with filming crew and video editor, ensuring content quality.
- Coordinate with the team to streamline workflow.
📈 Podcast Strategy
- Develop podcast content and guest strategies.
- Use listener data to enhance engagement.
📣 Marketing the Podcast
- Execute marketing campaigns to boost reach, listener/viewer reach and visibility.
- Promote episodes via digital platforms.
💰 Monetizing the Podcast
- Research and experiment with various podcast monetization opportunities.
📚 Growing Reach and Downloads
- Grow the podcast audience and downloads.
- Expand into new markets.
🌟 Guest Booking Expertise
- Book podcast guests in alignment with podcast strategy
- Coordinate guest appearances.
🔗 Cross-Promotion Specialist
- Book Alyssa as a guest on other podcasts.
- Strategize cross-promotion efforts.
