Position: B2B Sales Development Representative (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $5.75 per hour + 10% commission on closed deals (All payment through upwork.com)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have flawless English communication skills with minimal accent and proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling marketing services. This position is dedicated to selling our marketing services to commercial cleaning companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Reach out to a minimum of 25 prospects per day on Facebook.
Connect with at least 10 prospects per day on LinkedIn.
Conduct a minimum of 100 cold calls per day to potential clients.
Follow up consistently and relentlessly to maximize lead conversion.
Sales and Closing:
Utilize provided warm leads to increase sales opportunities.
Guide leads from initial contact through the sales pipeline to closing.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement throughout the sales process.
CRM Management:
Accurately track and document all activities in the CRM system.
Maintain organized records of lead interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
Perfect English communication skills with very minimal accent.
Experience in B2B sales, specifically selling services.
Proven track record of closing sales and taking leads from cold to closed.
Ability to organize, track, and manage leads effectively.
Familiarity with using social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn for prospecting.
Exceptional follow-up skills and relentless pursuit of closing deals.
Not suitable for beginner sales reps – we require seasoned professionals only.
