Job Description:
We are seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for our clients. This role will assist learning specialists with program logistics, materials development, and participant engagement.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for training programs including scheduling, registrations, and venue arrangements
Prepare and distribute training materials and resources
Assist with the development of training content and presentations
Set up and maintain learning management systems (LMS)
Track participant completion and compile training evaluations
Generate training reports and analyze effectiveness metrics
Support instructors during training sessions
Maintain training databases and files
Research training trends and best practices
Help create e-learning modules and digital content
Assist with needs assessments and training gap analyses
Coordinate with clients on training schedules and requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
1-3 years of experience in training, education, or related field
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience with learning management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
Familiarity with e-learning development tools
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and follow-through
Creative problem-solving approach
Customer service orientation
Experience with virtual training platforms a plus
