Mission:
Your mission should you choose to accept, is to craft the most effective retention campaigns the world has seen, leveraging Propel’s AI-enhanced tools and insights. This role calls for a creative and data-driven expert dedicated to elevating customer loyalty and maximizing long-term value for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
User Retention and Success:
Design and execute advanced retention campaigns for early-stage B2C companies, pushing the boundaries of engagement and loyalty
Map out and optimize customer journey stages, using data to increase lifetime value and engagement
Employ platforms like MoEngage, OneSignal, Braze, and Customer.io for hyper-personalized customer interactions
Operational Excellence:
Utilize customer data to inform campaign decisions, tailoring retention strategies and assessing performance
Maintain a high client satisfaction rate, with a goal of consistently achieving an NPS of 4+
Leadership and Team Coordination:
Proactively address challenges, ensuring solutions are perfectly aligned with client goals and retention objectives

Required competencies:
Expertise in designing and executing high-impact retention campaigns tailored to B2C companies
Advanced knowledge of marketing automation and customer engagement platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, Customer.io)
Strong analytical skills to assess customer journey stages and leverage data-driven insights for campaign optimization
Creativity in developing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and increase long-term value
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and ensure alignment on retention goals
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing retention for a high-paced B2C startup
Proven success in executing retention campaigns and using marketing automation tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
