What You’ll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, delivering exceptional client support.
Use AI technology to identify client needs, recommend solutions, and improve service delivery.
Handle incoming customer requests and resolve issues with creativity and speed.
Make proactive outreach (non-cold calls) to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
Assist with promoting and marketing member businesses through AI-enhanced strategies.
Act as a purchasing agent, helping members buy and sell on trade.
Maintain accurate client records and manage multiple priorities effectively.
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in corporate customer service, account management, or B2B support
Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with Microsoft Office; interest in learning AI customer service tools
2+ years of college preferred
Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
