The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Training Coordinator/Virtual Assistant, you will:
Coordinate Training Sessions:
Schedule, organize, and facilitate virtual training sessions.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and well-prepared.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, appointments, and emails for executives.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Communication & Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication.
Collaborate with team members to optimize training processes and materials.
Data Management:
Maintain and update training records and databases.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling data.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback to enhance training effectiveness and user experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Training Coordination, Administrative Assistance, etc.)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technology Requirements:
Proficient with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS, Moodle, or similar (preferred but not required)
Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 30mbps.
A personal computer with i3 8th gen (or equivalent) and a webcam for video conferencing.
A noise-cancelling headset
Proficiency in using cloud-based file-sharing services (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive).
Work Environment Requirements:
A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace.
Ergonomic furniture and adequate lighting to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Availability to work during set hours that overlap with the company’s core hours, regardless of time zone.
