Loan Processor (Mortgage Broker)

We are looking for a Mortgage Vendor Specialist: Title Coordinator / VOE Specialist / Discloser/ Sr. Processor to join our team in our Troy, MI office.

What You’ll Do
• Review, verify, and process mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with title companies, handle title-related documentation, and ensure all title requirements are met
• Complete and verify VOEs (Verifications of Employment) to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Prepare, issue, and manage loan disclosures within required regulatory timelines
• Communicate with Underwriters and Loan Officers to gather necessary information and provide updates throughout the loan process
• Ensure all loans meet regulatory and company guidelines, maintaining a high standard of compliance and quality
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during processing, providing solutions to keep the file moving smoothly

What You Bring to the Table
• Previous experience in mortgage processing, title coordination, VOE, disclosures, or a related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and documentation requirements
• Keen eye for detail with the ability to catch discrepancies quickly
• Proficiency with mortgage software and standard office applications; adaptability to new technology is essential
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
