We are hiring a highly experienced appointment setter for our October 2026 launch.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Your role is to actively connect with our leads (volume of incoming leads is 1000s of leads) through DMs and chat conversations, build genuine relationships, answer questions and identify qualified prospects who are ready for the next step, and guide them to the right channel.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically looking for setters who:

• Have proven experience setting appointments for high-ticket coaching, personal development, certification, transformation, or thought-leader brands.

• Have worked launches with significant lead volume.

• Understand non-pushy, relationship-based, soulful consultative conversations.

• Can create genuine conversations while moving qualified prospects towards the best next step for them.

• Have strong results and numbers from previous campaigns.

OUR APPROACH

This is not a cold, scripted appointment-setting role.

Our brand and audience require emotional intelligence, warmth, strong instincts, deep human connection, and an ability to guide with empathy and understanding.
