Platforms You Will Own (Holistically, Not in Silos)
You are responsible for orchestrating growth across the full ecosystem:
Podcast (growth, discoverability, rankings, clips, virality)
Instagram & other social platforms (Reels-first, carousels, stories, positioning)
Newsletter (growth, open rates, cultural relevance, shareability)
Website & evergreen content (SEO + authority + narrative control)
Freebies & lead magnets (distribution, not creation)
PR & organic exposure (earned media, collaborations, visibility moments)
You do not treat these as separate channels.You design one integrated content engine where:

What You Will Actually Do (Day-to-Day & Strategic)
1. Viral Content Strategy (Core Responsibility)
Architect a clear, repeatable viral content strategy
Identify formats that consistently hit 500K–1M+ views
Define Alyssa’s viral lanes (themes she can dominate)
Decide what not to post as aggressively as what to post
Build a content thesis that platforms reward
You are thinking in patterns, formats, hooks, and psychology — not aesthetics.
2. Podcast Growth & Ranking Strategy
Turn the podcast into a growth machine, not just a show
Design episode strategies for ranking, not just value
Engineer clip systems that travel far beyond the audience
Advise on guest selection for maximum reach and algorithmic lift
Understand how charts actually work — and how to influence them
3. Platform-Specific Mastery (Especially Instagram)
Deep understanding of Reels mechanics, watch time, retention, saves, shares
Ability to spot early signals of breakout content
Know when to double down, pivot, or kill a format
Understand platform shifts before they’re obvious
You’re not chasing trends blindly — you’re anticipating them.
4. Ecosystem Integration & Narrative Control
Ensure Alyssa’s message is coherent across platforms
Shape her positioning as a category leader, not just a creator
Align content with long-term brand authority
Control the narrative as visibility increases (reputation management mindset)
5. Leadership & Execution
Roll up your sleeves and execute — this is not a strategy-only role
Direct editors, social managers, writers, and other contractors
Set clear creative standards and kill mediocre output fast
