Keep your responses brief. Video and audio answers should take no longer than three minutes each. Text answers should consist of a few sentences only.
You have unlimited retakes available for video and audio questions. However, remember that your production quality (camera, microphone, setting, environment, etc.) has zero effect on our decision to hire you. We only want to see how you respond to these questions, so keep it simple and do not stress over how you or your surroundings may look.

UniqClean was founded by a Vacation Rental investor who struggled to find a reliable cleaning company that could meet his high standards. After hiring and firing multiple cleaning companies, he decided to build his own team. This team became highly skilled in maintaining his properties, and eventually, he started offering services to other Vacation Rental owners facing similar challenges.
Maintaining high standards is our top priority. We expect every team member to be extremely detail-oriented and to complete tasks within the assigned amount of time. Quality and consistency are key to our success.
This position requires reliable people who will show up on time when they are scheduled. Reliable transportation is a must to ensure you can get to job locations as needed. While we do not compensate for mileage, we do pay for windshield time between jobs. You clock in when you arrive at your first stop for the day and clock out at when you finish your last job.
This is a part-time, W2 position, paid weekly, with payment one week behind. We provide all the supplies you need.
What is the next phase of the interview process if I am moved forward? If you advance to the next stage, we will bring you in for a paid working interview. You will spend the day working with one of our team members to see if it is a good fit for both of us. At the end of the day, we will pay you via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. If the feedback is great, we will make you an offer right away, and you can start as soon as you are available.
If I am offered a position, when do I need to start? As soon as possible. However, we can arrange the exact timing based on your circumstances.
How many hours per week? Given the seasonality of the position, it is part-time. However, for the majority of the year, there are full-time opportunities and even overtime. We are flexible with scheduling based on your needs.
How much does the position pay? The cleaner position starts off at $15 an hour. There are opportunities to move up into different roles with higher pay.
