• House Cleaning & Turnover Cleaning

• Handyman & General Repairs

• Plumbing & Mechanical Repairs

Note: This is an independent 1099 contractor opportunity, not employee hiring. Vendors receive recurring work orders based on pricing, availability, documentation standards, and overall performance.

Application Guidelines

• Select your primary service category and respond only to the questions relevant to your trade.

• Responses may be submitted via video, audio, or text.

• If recording audio/video, please keep answers concise (60–90 seconds per prompt).

Basic Vendor Requirements

• Communication: Professional, prompt communication with property management and residents.

• Scope & Approvals: Obtain written management approval before exceeding authorized work-order limits.

• Documentation: Clear before-and-after photos, detailed completion notes, and receipts for all completed jobs.

• Invoicing: Itemized invoices clearly showing labor, materials, property address, and work-order number.

• Compliance: Active General Liability Insurance (Certificate of Insurance) and W-9 required prior to onboarding.

• Reliability: Punctual scheduling with immediate notice of any delays.
