We manage approximately 40 properties and 63 rental doors in Greenville County. Most properties are concentrated around the 29605 area, allowing us to group routine repairs into efficient route days.

This qualification includes five brief questions about your experience, availability, documentation practices, and approach to common rental-property repairs.

Please note:

2. Keep each video or audio response under three minutes.

3. Text responses should be limited to a few clear sentences.

4. You may retake video and audio responses as needed.

5. Camera quality, background, and presentation style will not affect our decision. We are evaluating your experience, communication, judgment, and reliability.

6. This is an independent-contractor vendor opportunity, not employment. Work volume and assignment frequency are not guaranteed.

7. Vendors may accept or decline an assignment before accepting it. Once accepted, the vendor is responsible for completing the approved scope and required documentation.
