This is a part-time, freelance teaching role.
It is not a fixed monthly salary position — payment is made per class.
Each “hour” refers to 50 minutes of teaching time.
You will earn 150–300 TL per 50-minute session, depending on your demo performance, teaching experience, education, fluency, and communication skills.
We pay the salary for the previous week every Friday to your Turkish bank account.
As this is a freelance role, insurance is not provided.
Availability expectation:
We’re looking for teachers who can commit to at least 3–4 days per week, with a total of minimum 10 teaching hours weekly.
(This time is spread across multiple days — not all in one day.)
Class Hours:
Weekdays: 12:00 – 17:00 (Turkey time) — this is our peak teaching period.
Weekends: 08:00 – 17:00 (Turkey time) — full-day availability helps increase bookings.
You are also welcome to open extra slots before 12:00 on weekdays, especially during summer months, when many students are free and looking for additional lessons.
During the school year, many younger students take classes before 12:00, so opening morning slots can help increase your earnings.
The more you work, the more you earn.
Our most committed teachers teach 7–8 hours per day and build a strong, stable income over time.
You can teach from the comfort of your own home, with zero back-and-forth travel, zero stress, and a fully online, flexible schedule.
You are welcome to work with us as long as you wish, with no limit on your growth or teaching potential.
We’re sharing all of this up front because we don’t want to waste your time, and we believe honesty, comfort, and clarity are the foundation of a great working relationship.
If this model sounds right for you, we’d be happy to welcome you to the interview process.
If not, we completely understand and truly appreciate your interest.
