π Your Role
As our Operations Assistant and Administrator, you're the heartbeat of our admin operations, projects, and tech stack. You will manage the A-Z of administrative tasks for our online coach certification school.
π Your Responsibilities Include:
- Daily oversight of admin projects, troubleshooting, and problem-solving while optimizing policies, procedures, and systems with leadership guidance.
- Ensuring that all admin projects are executed from idea to implementation.
- Handling failed payments, contracts, software accesses, introductions to the team, and helping new hires settle in.
- Streamlining admin processes, automating workflows, and providing team training on updated systems and workflows.
- Setting weekly admin goals with department leaders, measuring KPIs, and tracking targets.
- Documenting and coordinating expenses and vendor payments.
- Tech Stack Management: Overseeing various software tools used across the institute and suggesting upgrades/changes to the tech when required.
- Gathering, analyzing, and reporting various data.

- Excels in systems and automating processes for efficiency.
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
