We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to serve as the right hand to our Founder (Alyssa Nobriga) driving the growth of the company from 7 to 8 figures USD in annual revenue by designing the strategy + ensuring the seamless execution of strategy, operations, and team leadership.
This role requires a proven leader with deep experience in high-ticket, influencer-led coaching/course businesses, capable of scaling operations, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth while maintaining cultural alignment with the Founder’s vision.

Serve as Alyssa’s strategic partner, translating her vision into executable plans and ensuring alignment across all teams. Drive the execution of the strategic plans by the department leaders.

Ensure that all initiatives align with the company’s mission, brand, and values while enhancing profitability and impact.

Own the strategy and execution of leadership communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments.
Create and implement leadership development programs to enhance team engagement and performance.
Develop a high-energy, dynamic team environment that matches the Founder’s pace and vision.
Own and protect profitability, managing P&L to drive financial health and sustainable growth.
Develop and execute quarterly and annual strategic plans, ensuring business priorities are met with clear accountability.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards to measure company success.
Lead company-wide process and resource optimization to increase operational efficiency while maintaining agility.
Spearhead initiatives to scale the company from 7 to 8 figures in annual revenue.
Optimize policies, procedures, processes and customer experience to maximize revenue and retention.
Lead the execution of all scaling strategies to ensure sustained business expansion.
Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and innovation within the coaching industry.
Act as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring she can focus on her genius zone while the COO manages day-to-day execution.
Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges, anticipating business needs before they arise.
Ensure smooth decision-making processes and bridge any gaps between vision and implementation.
Work closely with Alyssa to continuously refine and elevate company culture, leadership, and performance.

3+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably in high-ticket coaching, personal development, or influencer-led businesses.
Proven track record of scaling coaching/course businesses and leading high-performance teams.
Deep experience in operations, finance, and strategic execution at a senior leadership level.
Strong understanding of high-ticket customer experience optimization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing both structure and adaptability.
High emotional intelligence and ability to work closely with a visionary founder.
