Congratulations on making it to the second stage of our recruiting process!
You are being interviewed to determine if you are qualified for a Freelancer Project Manager position at TechBuddy.
At TechBuddy, we value human connection and want to see your authentic personality shine through in this interview. There are no “perfect” answers—we’re focused on making sure this role is a good fit for you, because we want you to be happy and successful in this position.
Be yourself. No one is perfect, and we do not expect you to be. 🙂
We are inviting you to answer 10 questions. Please note the following:
All responses should be recorded in English.
Feel free to share as much as you’d like in your responses. Each question has a time limit of 2–5 minutes to keep the interview at a reasonable length.
Your production quality (camera, microphone, background, lighting, etc.) has zero impact on our decision. We care about how you think and communicate, not how your setup looks—so keep it simple and don’t stress.

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you pass this stage, you will have one more interview. If you’re considered a strong fit, you’ll receive a formal offer to join TechBuddy as a Freelancer Project Manager.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We aim to review all responses within one week and follow up the following week. If you’re our top candidate, you should receive an offer within two weeks of this interview.
If I’m offered the position, when would I start?
As soon as possible. We’re happy to coordinate timing based on your availability.
What happens if I don’t pass this stage?
We’ll notify you via email and sincerely appreciate the time and effort you put into the process.
