Collaborate closely with the founders to define and drive the AI Co-Marketer product strategy and roadmap
Break down epics into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria; maintain and prioritize the Jira backlog
Design, prototype, and iterate on AI-driven features: craft prompts, run and analyze evaluation frameworks, and measure performance
Build and manage n8n automation workflows to connect our AI services with CRMs, email platforms, analytics tools, and other MarTech stacks
Own product adoption in production: define onboarding and enablement programs, track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and optimize for engagement and retention
Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and competitive research to surface insights that inform feature prioritization
Define and monitor KPIs (adoption, performance, retention) using Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar; leverage data to validate hypotheses and steer decisions
Produce clear product documentation, launch plans, and internal playbooks; enable stakeholders and support customer-success teams
Research the latest AI/ML breakthroughs and tooling; propose and integrate new capabilities to 10× our product velocity
Must-Have
1–3 years in product management, technical program management, or a closely related role
Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies
Proficiency building and operating n8n (or similar) automation workflows
Strong analytical mindset—comfortable defining, tracking, and interpreting product metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bias for action, high ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Passion for product excellence and obsession with leveraging AI to solve real-world problems
Nice-to-Have
Background in MarTech, SaaS, or B2B platforms
Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Customer.io, Braze) and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Exposure to MLOps or AI/ML infrastructure
Experience conducting user research and customer-discovery interviews

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you pass this stage, we will share an assignment with you and after that you will have two more interviews. Then you will receive a formal job offer, if you are considered a good fit, and we hope that is mutual at that stage, of course.
How long does the recruitment process take?
We aim to evaluate all candidate responses within a week and to get back to you in the following week. If you are our top candidate, you should receive a job proposal within 2 weeks from the last interview.

As soon as possible. But we can arrange the exact timing based on your circumstances.
