Our ideal candidates must be:
1) Highly skilled musicians
2) Knowledgeable, patient and empathetic instructors
3) Love working with children and beginners

4) Have a basic competency and technical proficiency on piano
5) Have an excellent ability on a main instrument (can be piano or something else)
6) Coachable and able to take direction even if coming with decades of experience
7) Open to new ways of teaching that may not be familiar, especially for youngest learners
8) Have a Bachelors Degree minimum (or preferred Masters Degree) in music or related major
9) Be approachable, warm and communicative especially with young children and their parents

If you do not hit all of these, then please do not apply. We are highly selective and would rather not waste your time or ours.

Note: we will offer you paid training in Musicolor Method, but expect you to come with your own expertise and experience.
