π Your Role: As our Marketing Project Manager , you're the heartbeat of marketing project execution and tech stack. You'll take our Marketing Leader`s visionary goals and transform them into reality. Your day-to-day involves managing marketing projects and operations, overseeing marketing tech stack, and ensuring timely project execution.
This is a contractor position, which requires your presence during 9 am - 5pm PST hours, Monday to Friday.
π Your Responsibilities Include:
Marketing Operations Management - Daily project oversight, troubleshooting, and problem-solving + optimizing policies, procedures and systems.
Marketing Project Management - Ensuring that all projects are executed by the team from idea to implementation. This will involve marketing projects in social media, website, funnels, paid advertising, affiliates and partnerships etc.
Team Onboarding and Off-boarding- Handling accesses, introductions to the team and helping new hires settle in.
Systems and Workflow- Streamlining marketing processes, automating workflows, and providing team training on systems.
Strategy and Execution- Setting weekly project goals with individual contributors, measuring KPIs, and tracking targets.
Tech Stack Management- overseeing various software tools used across the institute, and suggesting upgrades/changes to the tech when it`s required.
High Level Reporting Management- Gathering, analyzing and reporting data on marketing projects and campaigns performance (marketing, sales, admin, program success, team).
Your team x 7 consists of: Marketing Leader (who you`ll be reporting to), copywriter, graphic designer, media buyer (ads specialist), marketing coordinator and marketing assistant.

Has experience in coaching/certification/online education and business growth.
Excels in marketing systems and automating processes for efficiency.
Is an expert in marketing and sales funnels.

Is strategy-driven, results-oriented, and has a strong analytical mind.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a remote sizable team.
Ability to identify and solve problems quickly, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Ability to contribute ideas and find creative solutions.
