Ang position na ito ay:
Ang trabaho ay project-based / per booking.
Ibig sabihin:
May trabaho kapag may confirmed cleaning booking.
Babayaran ka per completed cleaning job.
Hindi ito full-time daily duty sa ngayon.
Kapag walang booking, walang assigned work.
Pero importante:
This is still professional work.
Kapag tumanggap ka ng MabuhayGlow job order, expected na:
Darating ka on time.
Susunod ka sa cleaning checklist.
Maglilinis ka nang maayos.
Rerespetuhin mo ang bahay ng customer.
Hindi ka tatanggap ng direct cash.
Hindi ka gagawa ng side deal.
Ipapaalam mo agad kung may problema.
Tatapusin mo ang trabaho properly.

MabuhayGlow Cleaning Services provides home cleaning services for families, homeowners, and busy people who want a cleaner and calmer home.
Our cleaners enter private homes, kaya very important sa amin ang trust, honesty, respect, and professionalism.
We are looking for cleaners who can represent MabuhayGlow properly.
This is a project-based / per-booking role.
MabuhayGlow will contact cleaners from the approved cleaner pool when there is a confirmed cleaning job.
Before each job, MabuhayGlow will send the job order details:
Date
Time
Location or meeting point
Type of cleaning
Estimated hours
Pay for the job
Special instructions
Booked add-ons, kung meron
You may accept or decline a job before confirmation.
But once you accept a MabuhayGlow job order, you are expected to show up on time, complete the work properly, and follow all company rules.
Repeated late attendance, last-minute cancellation, no-show, poor attitude, side deals, accepting direct cash, dishonesty, or customer complaints may result in removal from the MabuhayGlow cleaner pool.
Please read carefully.
MabuhayGlow cleaners are not allowed to:
Accept direct cash from customers
Offer extra service on-site
Make side deals with customers
Negotiate price with customers
Open drawers, cabinets, rooms, or appliances unless included sa booking
Touch cash, jewelry, or valuables without permission
Take photos or videos inside the house without approval
Post anything about the customer’s home online
Bring another person to the job
Share customer information with others
Kapag may customer na may extra request, sabihin sa MabuhayGlow admin.
All services and add-ons must go through MabuhayGlow.
We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable cleaning homes
Able to report problems immediately
Serious about doing good work
Okay kung may experience ka sa:
House cleaning
Housekeeping
Hotel housekeeping
Janitorial work
Condo cleaning
Caregiving
Kasambahay work
Laundry or cleaning-related work
No formal experience? Okay lang, as long as honest, hardworking, respectful, reliable, and willing to train.
Valid government ID
NBI clearance, or willing to get NBI clearance
Active mobile number
Can work in Calamba, Laguna and nearby areas
Willing to attend paid trial cleaning
Willing to attend training before first customer booking
Willing to follow MabuhayGlow rules and checklist
Willing to work on a project-based / per-booking setup
